We are pleased to invite you all to a presentation by Dr. Antonia Samakovlis as part of our “Strategic Technology & Innovation Management” event.
Dr. Antonia Samakovlis is a researcher for natural hazards at the Institute of Environmental Sciences at the University of Potsdam. Her research interests include flood prevention in companies and the challenges of transferring scientific findings into practice, particularly in the area of risk management in the event of extreme water events. Dr. Samakovlis has already worked as a guest lecturer at the Technical University of Dortmund and has given lectures on sustainable business model development, the circular economy, and the alignment of companies with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She also brings valuable practical experience from her time at the Boston Consulting Group, where she worked as a consultant in the areas of carbon foot printing and sustainability.
In her presentation, she will highlight current approaches and challenges in the circular economy and offer practical insights into innovative business models. A valuable opportunity to learn more about sustainable innovations and their implementation!
