Participation in the 34th European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS) with award

The professorship Digital Transformation participated in the ECIS 2026 in Milan, Italy and presented three papers.

Publication of a Study on AI Explainability and Trust Repair in Conversational AI Systems

The professorship Digital Transformation published a new study on AI Explainability and Trust Repair in Conversational AI Systems
