Elections to TU Central Bodies and Committees

The Rectorate has set the period for the 2025 committee elections. The TU Dortmund University elections to central bodies and committees will be held from 06/01/2026 - 06/11/2026.

The following elections will take place:

  • Elections to the Senate of TU Dortmund University for the groups of university professors, academic staff, and students,
  • Election to the Faculty Councils for all groups, Election of the representation for the interests of student assistants,
  • Election of the deputy Equal Opportunity Officers for the areas of studies, academia, and administration/technology, as well as
  • Election of the Equal Opportunity Officers of the faculties in the year 2026.

Election announcements and election regulations are available for inspection in the Dean's Office (FWW6/2.020). The electoral registers will also be available there from 8 04/24/2026 to 05/12/2026.

Forms for election proposals are available in the Dean's Office.

In general, the electoral office (Campus South, HG 1, room 205) offers the possibility to inspect the list of eligible voters after prior registration by e-mail.
