Recognition agreement (Flex Module)

In this case, you want to have courses taken (or that you are planning to take) abroad recognized as a flex module.

Please note: This information applies to Business and Economics students only. 

Recognition as a flex module is only possible if there is no suitable module in the respective module handbook for which regular recognition would be possible. Regular recognition for a module from our module handbook always has priority.

Recommended steps:

  1. Check the module handbook of your study program to ensure that there is no module there that is sufficiently similar in terms of content to allow regular recognition (e.g. courses on business ethics or business law).

  2. If regular recognition is not possible, apply for recognition as a flex module.
