Recognition Agreement (Standard)
In this case, you want to have courses taken (or that you are planning to take) abroad recognized using a module from our module handbook.
Recommended steps:
First, search the courses offered at the host university for suitable courses whose content corresponds to the modules of your degree program. Make sure that the selected module can be integrated into your course of study. Finally, complete an agreement for each course/module that you would like to have recognized.
Recognition agreement template (in German)
Recognition of courses will depend on both a comparison of content and formal characteristics of the courses concerned.

Content examination
For this step, please contact the professorship offering the module in question. As a rule, it is advisable to contact the module coordinator directly. Ask them to check whether the coursework completed abroad can be recognized for your module by sending the completed recognition agreement and a clear and detailed description of the course content to the module coordinator or professor.
Formal examination
Students studying Business Administration and Economics submit the recognition agreements here. You will receive the agreement signed by the Departmental Examinations Office and then forward it to the Erasmus Coordination.
Upload recognition agreement
Students from other departments send the recognition agreements signed by the professorships directly to the Erasmus Coordination Office. We will then check whether an additional signature by your department is required.
Please note that the Learning Agreement for entries in Table B can only be signed once the required recognition agreements have been submitted.
