On October 28th, the Open Day of the TU Dortmund University took place. This year, the Professorship of Marketing was represented with two current contributions from the department. Josefine Schulte began by presenting the results of her master thesis. The visitors were given an impression of how marketing can help to reduce food waste and which marketing methods have already been established. A presentation by Dr. Sören Köcher followed later in the afternoon. Within the topic "Ins Netz gegangen – Worauf wir beim Online-Shoppen achten sollten", he provided insights into current studies and the challenges of online shopping.
