Navigating Student Life

The Psychological Counseling Center offers a variety of services designed to support students and doctoral candidates in their often stressful daily academic lives. Through workshops, coaching sessions, and counseling, participants can develop strategies to better cope with stress and challenges they face during their studies.

Coaching Groups

In the second half of the semester, the Psychological Counseling Service offers coaching groups and workshops designed to help students prepare for the exam period. In small groups, participants work with psychologists on individual challenges related to their studies. Topics include procrastination, stress, and exam anxiety.
