Summer School “Textile Voices”
How can the textile industry become more sustainable? What role do communication, storytelling and new media play in this transformation? These questions will be at the heart of the Summer School “Textile Voices”, which is aimed at students interested in sustainable fashion, textiles and the future of the industry.
During the five-day workshop, participants will work together to develop a podcast focusing on sustainability in the textile and fashion sector. Step by step, they will learn how to turn an initial idea into a professional audio format — from topic development and storytelling to recording and publication.
The Summer School will be accompanied by Nina Lorenzen from Fashion Changers. As an expert in communicating sustainable fashion, she will show participants how complex sustainability topics can be presented in a way that is clear, engaging and impactful. Drawing on her many years of experience, she will support participants in developing stories that reach people and encourage reflection.
Participation in the Summer School is free of charge. Catering and a certificate of participation will also be provided free of charge.
