Laboratory project "Leadership 4.0" - looking for participants!

The interactive laboratory project "Leadership 4.0" by the Chair of Human Resources Development and Change Management (ZHB, TU Dortmund University) not only offers insights into current research - it also brings leadership, teamwork and digitalization to life.

As part of the project, participants work in teams of two on practical tasks, experience modern team processes and receive scientifically sound feedback on communication and personality. Ideal as an additional offer for committed students or employees who are interested in personal development, research or leadership topics.

The project offers the opportunity to actively experience scientific research and gain valuable personal insights at the same time.

What can participants expect?

  • Collaboration in a team of two - with support from a simulated manager
  • Recording of brain activity (EEG), pulse (ECG) and muscle tension (EMG)
  • Completion of a NEO-FFI personality test with professional feedback on self-assessment and communication

On top of that:

  • 30€ expense allowance in cash
  • Certificate of participation - valuable for job applications
  • Individual feedback on communicative strengths and personality traits
  • Practical experience in modern laboratory research and team interaction
