Learning Agreement

In addition to information about the student, the sending institution and the receiving institution, the Learning Agreement must contain information about the course selection at the host university and the courses to be recognized at the home university. In addition, a copy of the Learning Agreement signed by all parties involved must be sent to the International Office in order to receive the mobility grant.

In most cases, Learning Agreements are done online.

Online Learning Agreement

If your host university does not use the Online Learning Agreement System, you can also fill in the Learning Agreement as a PDF document. Important: You may do this only if using the Online Learning Agreement platform is not possible for your host university. In this case, you have to forward the Learning Agreement after filling it in, first to the Erasmus coordinator at your home university and then to the host university.

In the Learning Agreement, the courses are entered according to the relevant phase of the mobility.

During mobility

Which courses will I actually study at my host university?

Sometimes, students cannot or do not actually want to attend the courses they have chosen before the mobility. For example, courses may have changed at short notice, there are scheduling conflicts, the chosen course is not as imagined, or the students have discovered other exciting offers on site.

These changes are recorded in the Learning Agreement in Table A2.

Similarly, changes in courses to be recognized are recorded in Table B2.

Signatures of the parties involved

If changes have been made to Tables A2 and B2, these must also be signed by the three parties involved. Again, a copy of the updated Learning Agreement must be sent to the International Office. If you do not use the online procedure, you must also send a copy to the Departmental Erasmus Coordinator.

After mobility

Which courses did I actually study?

After the stay, the Learning Agreement should be checked one last time and all changes that have still occurred should be entered here. In most cases this will not be the case. If changes have been made, these can be entered in tables A3 (for changes at the host university) and B3 (for changes in recognized courses).

Signatures of the parties involved

If any changes have been made to Tables A3 and B3, these must also be signed by the three parties involved. Again, a copy of the updated Learning Agreement must be sent to the International Office. If you do not use the online procedure, you must also send a copy to the Departmental Erasmus Coordinator.
