What could the Europe of the future look like? This question is the focus of the English-language seminar "Generation EU*rope: Shaping Our Future", which will take place in Brussels from August 30 to September 2, 2026.

The political study trip is aimed at students and young professionals from across Europe. Together with participants from different EU countries, they will discuss current challenges and future perspectives of the European Union, including topics such as justice, sustainability, digitalization, and the EU’s role in an increasingly globalized world. The program includes interactive group work as well as discussions with experts from politics, academia, and civil society.

The seminar is organized by the Verein zur Förderung politischen Handelns (v.f.h.), a non-profit and non-partisan educational organization that offers political education programs for young people in Germany and across Europe.

The working language of the seminar is English, and international students are especially encouraged to participate.

The participation fee is €145, and the registration deadline is July 15, 2026.
