Self-Care in Student Life

Coaching Groups
Through the Toolkit for Studying, the Psychological Student Advisory Service offers various coaching groups. In small groups, students work together with psychologists on challenges they encounter during their studies. The sessions focus on developing practical strategies and skills to manage common academic difficulties such as procrastination, stress, and exam anxiety.
