Before stress gets to be too much…

For many, stress is part of everyday student life. Sometimes it motivates you, but other times it becomes too much. If you’re constantly under pressure, it can help to better understand your own stress patterns and try out new strategies.

To that end, the Psychological Student Advisory Service offers a coaching group on stress management.

Get Started Instead of Giving Up

Exam prep, term papers, writing emails—the longer you put off difficult or unpleasant tasks, the greater the pressure and the worse your guilt become.

The Psychological Student Advisory Service also offers a coaching group for this issue.

Exam Anxiety? Strategies for Greater Confidence

In exam coaching, participants learn helpful strategies for exam preparation and develop constructive ways to cope with exam anxiety and nervousness.

Making social connections, overcoming loneliness.
It’s not always easy to make friends right away in college—the Psychological Student Advisory Service offers support here with a crash course on small talk and the opportunity to strike up conversations with others through creative activities.
