Presentation at the Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship Research Exchange (ACERE) Conference 2021
This year, we are once again pleased to contribute to the Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship Research Exchange (ACERE) Conference 2021. ACERE is one of the most important entrepreneurship conferences in the world and, due to the Corona pandemic, was hosted digitally by QUT Business School and Bond University, Queensland.
Lucas Kleine-Stegemann from the University of Duisburg-Essen presented the study entitled "The moderating role of span of control on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership, strategic flexibility, and venture performance: An upper echelons perspective" in an interactive paper development session and was thus able to receive valuable feedback from renowned researchers.
