The professorship participated in the EAWOP Congress 2025 in Prague, Czech Republic. Lisa Schned presented a poster.

In her work, Lisa Schned systematized antecedents of job embeddedness. She additionally derived  promising avenues for future research.

We were able to take away many exciting experiences and insights from presentations and discussions und make new, interesting contacts.
