Seminar lecture at the invitation of Copenhagen Business School
Prof. Dr. Graf-Vlachy talks about personal values of top executives and consequences for companies
How do the personal values of a company’s top executives affect the firm’s strategic flexibility? Prof. Dr. Graf-Vlachy spoke on this topic at the invitation of Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. As part of his presentation at the Department of Strategy and Innovation’s research seminar, he spoke in particular about the importance of considering the values of the entire top management team, and not just those of the CEO. Many ideas for the further development of the research project were gained from the questions and comments of the audience and the subsequent discussion. Prof. Dr. Graf-Vlachy also met with several PhD students and assistant professors to discuss their own research projects, providing feedback and suggestions.
