The fourth and final edition of the "International Coworking and Entrepreneurial Management" course as part of the EU-funded Erasmus+ project Cowork4EU was again a great success! 36 students from the four partner universities developed and presented innovative concepts for coworking spaces for universities and students at the Worldfactory Bochum.

In the fourth and final edition of the Master's seminar "International Coworking and Entrepreneurial Management", which is part of the Erasmus+ project Cowork4EU, students from TU Dortmund University, Paris School of Business, Prague University of Economics and Business and Seeburg Castle Private University developed business models for coworking spaces at universities.

The teams met in the coworking and maker space at Worldfactory Bochum during the course's attendance days. The students were supported by a lump sum provided by the EU. At the Worldfactory, the students worked in international teams to develop concepts for coworking spaces for students, scientists and university entrepreneurs based on the Business Model Canvas. The concepts developed included flexible office environments that enabled a balance between childcare and work, coworking spaces that focused on physical and mental health, and spaces that offered coworkers a wide range of different machines and tools. The concepts were presented to an international group of professors and the students received feedback for their further development.

After the students have successfully presented their first concept, they will write a detailed report on their space concept using a virtual coworking space!
