Special Issue “Gendered Practices at Work: (Un)intended Consequences Across Organizations and Markets” at Gender Work and Organization.

Prof. Gimenez-Jimenez is a guest editor and together with her colleagues invite submissions for the Special Issue “Gendered Practices at Work: (Un)intended Consequences Across Organizations and Markets” at Gender Work and Organization.
The issue explores how organizational practices, policies, and market dynamics shape gendered outcomes—often in ways that are both intended and unintended.
Submission deadline: January 31, 2027

To support authors, we will host two developmental workshops for prospective contributors:
