CRM and Business Ecosystems – Cooperation with Signal Iduna

The professorship of marketing cooperates with the insurance and financial service provider Signal Iduna, as part of the master seminar SS 2021. Students are able to act as consultants and investigate practically re­le­vant questions by employing scientific methods. The series of topics range from optimizing customer relationship management and identifying opportunities in business ecosystems. Conducting good practice analysis and qualitative interviews, students improve their professional competences as well as develop new concepts for business. We are looking forward to an exciting cooperation!
